Daniel Fitness

In 2010, Daniel Fitness fell four and a half stories and was told he would never walk again. At the time, his livelihood depended on physical work, so the news was devastating. But instead of accepting that outcome, he committed himself to the hardest fight of his life: learning how to walk again. That journey remains his greatest accomplishment.
Since then, he has gone from a wheelchair to completing multiple Ironman races, winning national championships, qualifying for and winning a World Championship, and coaching elite fighters, including four multi-division world champion boxers. Most recently, one of the athletes he trained won another world title in Lithuania.
That same mindset carried into business. In real estate, Daniel has built a small but highly effective team that has consistently sold more than 300 homes per year for the past three years. He believes in doing more with less, staying disciplined, and focusing on results that actually matter.
After his injury, he also realized he needed to learn how to create income with his mind, not just his body. He began studying Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, Peter Lynch, Seth Klarman, David Dodd, Howard Marks, and other legendary investors. When COVID hit in March 2020 and the markets crashed, Daniel applied those lessons. Even during one of the scariest moments of his life, when he was hospitalized with septic shock after his intestines ruptured, he remembers waking up and asking his wife for his phone because their money was invested in individual companies. From that hospital bed, he made one of his biggest purchases, investing in JWN, which went on to 4x within six months.
