1:45pm - 4:00pm - The Cloud 9 Après-Ski Party (For Intermediate Skiers and Snowboarders Only)

  • The Cloud 9 après-ski party in Aspen is a famous, high-energy event at Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro on Aspen Highlands, known for its wild champagne spraying, loud music, and dancing that turns lunch into a huge party, typically starting around 2 PM, requiring reservations, and ending with skiers needing to ski down the mountain, making it best for intermediate to advanced skiers. 

  • There's a group of approximately 10-15 people from FFM going on this date and time.

4:00pm - 6:00pm - Official FFM Welcome Reception 🥂

  • Kick off the retreat with networking, drinks, and connection.

  • Location: Aspen Meadows Resort 📍 845 Meadows Rd, Aspen, CO 81611

  • Venue Type: Mixed indoor and outdoor space with firepits, heaters, etc.

  • Dress code: Casual Apres Chic. Dress for the outdoors and the occasion. Come straight from skiing in your gear or show up in your best après outfit. Cozy, stylish, and effortlessly cool.

6:00pm - 12:00am - Evening Free Time

  • A few of us have made reservations for large parties at various restaurants. If you're looking for someone to have dinner with, drop it in the Whatsapp Group.

  • If you're making plans for dinner, we recommend making them for 7:00pm or later to allow time to get from the welcome reception to downtown aspen without rushing.

If you're not staying at Aspen Meadows, we recommend you make plans to change into your ski gear quickly and take the shuttle to your desired mountain.

You must purchase your own lift tickets.

Private Snowmobiling Tour

Cost: $365+ per person

We booked a private tour through T Lazy Ranch, riding deep into the backcountry near the iconic Maroon Bells.

Lunch & Shopping in Downtown Aspen

Cost: Each person will pay for their own lunch.

Mary Maloney will lead a group into Downtown Aspen for a glamorous lunch, followed by perusing the magical streets of Aspen and checking out some of the iconic fashion boutiques.

One Aspen Snowmass lift ticket gives you access to all four mountains: Snowmass, Aspen Mountain (Ajax), Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk.

Shuttle Service

Aspen is serviced by an efficient and easy to use public transportation system operated by the City of Aspen and RFTA.

Free and low cost shuttle routes connect Aspen Meadows Resort, downtown Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass, making it simple to get around without a car.

Shuttles run frequently throughout the day and evening and are a reliable option for transportation during the event.

Guests are encouraged to use the local shuttle system for getting to and from conference sessions, dining, shopping, and mountain activities.

Route maps, schedules, and real time tracking are available through the RFTA mobile app and at shuttle stops throughout town.

Ride share services are also available as an additional option during free time.
